We're so excited for you to receive your order from Beverly Jean Boutique! All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our boutique in Spencer, Iowa.

Processing Time:

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after being placed. During busy times or sales, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates:

Free shipping in the continental United States (Excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska) over $50! Rates are based on product size and weight to ship to a certain area. We currently ship anywhere within the United States. No international shipping at this time.

Local Pickup:

Local customers can select free "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at our downtown Spencer boutique.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your happy mail's journey!

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Beverly Jean Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Items:

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery at shopbeverlyjeanboutique@gmail.com so we can make it right.
